Frictional Keening
Digital wavetable · q9yrm8v7
A high, formant-less shriek that lurches unpredictably from frame to frame, with no solid fundamental underneath. At lower pitches it scatters into chaotic squeals, while higher up it locks into a harsh metallic buzz that rings with a hard edge.
