About these wavetables
A pluck is mostly envelope: a fast attack, a short decay and no sustain. What the wavetable adds is the colour of that hit. These tables have a defined, rich character that sounds good for a fraction of a second. In Serum or Vital, put a fast envelope on both the filter cutoff and the wavetable position, so each note starts bright and settles into a darker frame. A little reverb or delay gives it space.
