Serrated Needle
Spectral wavetable · gyy2yyn4
Play it on your computer keyboard: A–K (white keys), W E T Y U (black keys), Z/X octave down/up.
Built from a tight comb of sharp peaks, this ringy tone carries no low end at all. Early frames hold a restrained metallic edge, then upper harmonics crowd in until the sound turns serrated and insistent, staying cleanly pitched the whole way.
