Scumbled Rindfold
Spectral wavetable · njb88eek
Play it on your computer keyboard: A–K (white keys), W E T Y U (black keys), Z/X octave down/up.
A struck-metal clang with a sharp leading edge opens the range; as the position advances, the clashing upper overtones get rubbed away and the tone folds down into a smooth, near-pure hum. Movement is strong but the steps between frames are gentle, so sweeping position glides rather than stutters.
