Lurching Strings
Digital wavetable · uenaenxy
Play it on your computer keyboard: A–K (white keys), W E T Y U (black keys), Z/X octave down/up.
An unstable mid-register tone that lurches with every step of the scan, each position a slightly different broken, metallic buzz. Lower notes growl with a thick, ragged edge while higher ones sharpen into a thin, reedy bite. The pitch stays recognizable but never settles.
